No emergency care

Telo Prime is not an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care immediately. Do not use website messaging, email, or routine scheduling for emergencies.

Clinical decisions

All prescriptions, therapies, compounded medications, laboratory orders, and treatment recommendations are subject to clinical evaluation, medical appropriateness, availability, and applicable law. No medication or specific treatment is guaranteed.
