Your membership provides access to ongoing virtual care and member pricing based on your individual treatment plan. We will help you determine the membership option that fits your care needs rather than asking you to select a level before your plan is established.

Membership includes: routine follow-up visits related to your active Telo Prime treatment plan, member-preferred therapy pricing, and member-only pricing through Thorne and Fullscript.

When clinically appropriate and prescribed, compounded therapies are dispensed through appropriately licensed 503A compounding pharmacies pursuant to patient-specific prescriptions and applicable law.

Medication, laboratory testing, supplements, pharmacy charges, and certain third-party services are separate unless specifically included. Routine member follow-ups are limited to the active Telo Prime treatment plan; unrelated or separately billed evaluations may require an additional visit fee. All care is subject to clinical evaluation, eligibility, availability, patient location, and applicable law.
